In order to ensure a fast and efficient delivery, we need to have the method of contact with you. Email and Phone Number is a very important detail and must be accurate. All orders with an incorrect email or phone number will be canceled immediately.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of placing your order. But sometimes if the order is big or the products are more sophisticated, it can take a little longer. As soon as we dispatched it, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Please be aware that sometimes due to unclear address, hard to access, no answer at address, the package can be kept at your local post office for collection. In this case you will be informed by the delivery company and by us. Please also monitor the tracking number.
For European Union Countries:If your order is less than 150€ excluding shipping costs, then the Taxes are already included in the price. This means that there will be NO extra charge upon delivery.
If your order is more than 150€, you will NOT be charged Taxes at the checkout, and you will have to pay upon delivery based on your local VAT rate.

The parts arrived well packed, with no damage. A nice extra is that a tool-set was attached per purchased item. The parts are functional. Having checked the text on the goods I found that they are blurry, and the part number and other origin related information were hidden under a tape. After replacing the batteries in my devices I found very little improvement compared to the original parts which had been used for two years at that stage. I also had a chance to compare the parts removed from my devices with the ordered ones. I found softer material cover on the ordered goods in comparison with the original parts, which gives a feeling of decreased robustness, and suggests that it is another result of a cost-down activity.
