Great Customer Support

It is a niche product; you can't buy it anywhere. The price is a bit high. It works perfectly, the SSD fits in (a very tight fit, however), and the computer recognizes the external drive. I'm going to clone my old SSD and move my stuff over to a larger 1TB SSD. With the extra capacity, I hope to add a few years of active service to my 2015 MacBook Pro Retina.

I'd like to express my gratitude to the support team. My parcel was lost / undelivered the first time (during the busy Christmas season). The support team was very helpful; they sent the item again.
